to Wiseburg United Methodist Church! I greet you in the
name of our Risen Savior and on behalf of all of the people
of this community of faith.
Our
prayer is that with God's help we will continue to grow
in mission, ministry, study and faithful service, showing
the love of God and the grace of Jesus Christ in everything
we do and say.
With
a rich history of serving God and the people of northern
Baltimore County, the Wiseburg congregation offers everyone
the advantages of a small church - personal involvement
in worship, Sunday school, Bible study, fellowship groups
and activities, and mission and outreach to the community
and beyond. At Wiseburg you will feel at home as you join
in serving God and our neighbors in the best traditions
of our faith and our heritage.
Please
join us for worship at 9:15 on Sunday morning. There is
inspiring music, prayer and a careful consideration of
what the Bible lessons mean for us in our world today.
Our service is traditional and user-friendly. You will
be greeted at the door, but you won't be put on the spot.
We get together on Sunday mornings because of the hope,
peace, and joy we find in knowing and serving Jesus Christ.
